Alright, getting off the topic of New Years, today was my first attempt at making sushi. It was annoying, at least someone made it that way. The person kept suggesting I should change the recipe, but I wanted to stick with the cookbook I bought because I wanted to make a somewhat traditional sushi. Whatever, I cooked the rice with too much water and it ended up really sticky. But I guess everyone has their firsts. I'll improve, damn straight I will. 0 thoughts
